1 kg of the product contains 22 pieces of eggs, with the natural balance kept between egg-yolk and egg-white. The product can be produced with or without preservatives.
The one with preservatives is made in 20 kg-s in plastic jugs coated with polyethylene has to be used in 12 days, or in 1 kg box has to be used in 21 days.
The one without preservatives is made in 20 kg-s in plastic jugs coated with polyethylene has to be used in 4 days.
USING ADVICE, ADVANTAGES:
The Pasteurized whole egg liquid can be economically used for making of dry paste, pastes, baker’s ware, mayonnaise, omelettes, pancakes, soups, sauces, confectionery products, and sweets. The products is homogenized, pasteurized, easily dosed, doesn’t need preparation, can be used right after opening. It needs refrigeration; it is stored between 0 – +4 °C, a home fridge is enough to provide this refrigeration chain. It has to be used in 24 hours after opening.
