PASTEURIZED EGG-WHITE LIQUID
1 kg product contains the egg-white of 33 pieces of eggs. The product can be produced with or without preservatives. The one with preservatives is made in 20 kg-s in plastic jugs coated with polyethylene has to be used in 12 days, and in 1 kg box has to be used in 21 days. The one without preservatives is made in 20 kg-s in plastic jugs coated with polyethylene has to be used in 4 days.
USING ADVICE, ADVANTAGES:
The product is suitable for kitchens, confectioneries, producers of baker products, who manufacture egg-white in a big amount in order to produce puddings, froths. The product can be used right after the opening, there’s no extra egg-yolk. The strength of the froths having gained from the egg-white is high-class. Another advantage is that there’s no loss at the time of the extraction of the egg-white, and you don’t have to do for the setting and handling of the dangerous litter (egg shell, egg tray). It needs refrigeration; it is stored between 0 – +4 °C, a home fridge is enough to provide this refrigeration chain. It has to be used in 24 hours after opening.
